I am a NYS TESOL-certified educator, curriculum designer, and advocate for Multilingual Learners.

With more than 18 years in education, I’ve taught in diverse settings — from Northern Virginia to Albany, NY, and Gangnam, South Korea. My work has included serving as a department chair, designing English Language Development (ELD) curriculum, and coordinating impactful social-emotional Newcomer Programs. At the heart of all these experiences is my belief that language learning must be inclusive, empowering, and accessible.

For three years, I served as an English as a New Language (ENL) Resource Specialist and Teacher Trainer with the Mid-State Regional Bilingual Education Resource Network (RBERN) at OCM BOCES. In that role, I facilitated professional learning, coached educators, and developed research-based resources to strengthen English Language Development across 126 school districts and 9 BOCES in Central New York.

Most recently, my work as a Curriculum Specialist has allowed me to bring together my passions for curriculum design and educator support, creating meaningful resources and learning experiences for students.

Whether I’m collaborating with teachers, designing curriculum, or leading professional learning, I strive to ensure my work is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in research-based practices.

Let’s grow something meaningful together. 🌱
