About Us

I’m a NYS TESOL-certified educator, curriculum designer, and advocate for Multilingual Learners.

With over 18 years of experience in education, I’ve taught Multilingual Learners in diverse classrooms, from Northern Virginia to Albany, NY, and Gangnam, South Korea. I’ve served as a department chair, developed English Language Development (ELD) curriculum, and coordinated impactful social-emotional Newcomer Programs for students in Fairfax County Public Schools — all driven by the belief that language learning should be inclusive, empowering, and accessible.

Most recently, I worked as an English as a New Language (ENL) Resource Specialist/Teacher Trainer for the Mid-State Regional Bilingual Education Resource Network (RBERN) at OCM BOCES. I facilitated professional learning, coached educators, and created research-based resources to support English Language Development across 126 school districts and 9 BOCES in Central NY.

Whether working with students and educators, designing curriculum, or leading professional learning, I’m passionate about work that is thoughtful and rooted in research-based practices.

Let’s grow something meaningful together. 🌱
